Returns Policy
- RMA required: email sales@rivalpsusa.com before returning anything — unauthorized returns are rejected
- Damaged on arrival: report within 7 days with photos of the box, product and freight label — do not reject the package
- Wrong item or defect: we cover all costs to send replacement parts or a new product
- Change of mind: 14 days from purchase, 20% restocking fee, original shipping non-refundable
- All items must be unfitted and returned in original, resaleable packaging
- Cancellations: call 832-663-5770 (Mon–Fri 9am–5pm CST) before the order ships
Warranted against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from original purchase under normal use.
